Child discount
The child discount is valid in the parents' room, with two full-paying guests in the Pitztal, Tirol, Tirol Superior, and Panorama room types. If two children are between the ages of 10 and 15, both receive a 50% discount when staying in the parents' room in the Tirol Superior or DZ Panorama room types. The child discount is calculated based on the respective price (per adult) of the individual room types.

Cancellation conditions:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 0% of the total package price;
- Up to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total package price;
- Up to 7 days before arrival or no-show: 90% of the total package price
Cancellation Policy – Summer 2027
For stays from June to mid-October 2027:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
- 7 days or less before arrival: 90% of the total price
- No-show: 100% of the total price
Our tip for worry-free booking
We recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance.
This covers you if you have to cancel your holiday unexpectedly – your deposit is also protected.
Without insurance, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with our terms and conditions.
With insurance, we will take care of the paperwork and you will receive your deposit back (minus the insurance premium).
The premium is only 5.7% of the package price.
Simply send us an email with the names of all your fellow travellers and we will take care of everything else.
This means you can relax and look forward to your holiday.

Shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer are provided in your new home for your personal care.
In addition, soft and cozy sauna towels are available for you in a bag. Bathrobes can be borrowed from the reception desk (for a fee).
Arrival/departure & payment
- The 20% deposit is due 7-14 nights after receipt of the reservation. If you are unable to take your vacation, we will retain this deposit.
- We are happy to offer you hotel cancellation insurance, approx. 5.7% of the price, cancellation conditions according to Austrian terms and conditions.
- Arrival by train – we can organize a free ticket from Imst to the hotel.
- Payment in cash, Maestro, Visa, and Mastercard.

- Arrival/departure: Rooms are available from 3 p.m. at the latest. If you arrive later than 8 p.m. and do not notify us in advance, we will charge you for dinner.
- In the event of early departure or no-show, we will charge the agreed price minus 10%.
Vacation with the dog
Your four-legged friends are also very welcome here! Dogs feel particularly at home in the Pitztal valley, as there are so many different trails for them to explore and run around on! However, dogs are not allowed in our restaurant or sauna area. Owners are responsible for providing their own food.
Pets: €25 per day
If you are bringing a pet, we recommend the Tirol Superior room type (wooden floor).
